The Institution holds regular practical teaching classes in nearby schools to help students hone their skills. Moreover, guest lectures and seminars are also conducted for enhancing the knowledge of the students. The institution aims to provide students with interactive platforms and all opportunities to experiment with different ideas while teaching to hone their skills and be a better teachers in the future. Awards & Recognitions.
The Institution has constituted C.K Raghavan Memorial Endowment Award for College Topper and V.J Kamalakshi Teacher Memorial Endowment Award for Collage Topper From Reserved Communities. An Oath Cum Convocation Ceremony is organized for the future teachers. At the end of each semester, a board of six eminent members from DIET visits our institution and evaluates the works of various subjects and has written good remarks in the respected records.
K. TET Training.
C.K.R.M. I.T.E has been encouraging its student teachers to get there K.TET certification and has also been providing expert classes for the K.TET exam.
Community Living Camp.
A fifteen-day Community Living Camp for student teachers has a major social responsibility initiative by the Institution. The camp focused on developing leadership quality and experiential learning through funfilled recreational and enriching activities.
